Schedule recurring conversations every 2 weeks
To keep the ball rolling and to keep Geyser and the team of researchers accountable we propose a call every 2 weeks to review the progress on the research front.
Package up tasks in actionable bits to be achieved in 2 weeks
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound
Invite researchers and designers to collaborate
Researchers can be as involved as they want, but they will be expected to take responsibility and complete the tasks they decide to work on.
Be objective-driven
The research is not valuable in itself. What matters ultimately is the insights it generates and the changes that it enables.
